Jadon graduated from the BCIT Civil/Structural Engineering Technologist program in 2008. He worked for McGill & Associates Engineering after graduation until 2011 before moving on to a local civil contractor as a project manager to gain more experience in construction. Jadon has also ran a residential construction company starting in 2017 as a licensed builder through BC Housing.
Jadon was born and raised in the Alberni Valley where he continues to live with his three children. On his own time, Jadon plays/coaches soccer and enjoys experiencing all the outdoor activities the West Coast has to offer with his family.
