Jadon graduated from the BCIT Civil/Structural Engineering Technologist program in 2008. He worked for McGill & Associates Engineering after graduation until 2011 before moving on to a local civil contractor as a project manager to gain more experience in construction. Jadon has also ran a residential construction company starting in 2017 as a licensed builder through BC Housing.
Jadon was born and raised in the Alberni Valley where he continues to live with his wife, Ashley, and three children. On his own time, Jadon plays/coaches soccer and enjoys experiencing all the outdoor activities the West Coast has to offer with his family.
